Families have access to the Stöll Spa in the basement, whose copper bath – with no age restrictions – is open daily from 8 am to 8 pmand whose warm, copper-and-wood décor makes even bad-weather days feel cosy. Young people aged 14 and over are allowed to use the sauna there when accompanied by an adult, gradually getting used to using the spa facilities. Adults head to the Maisäß Spa on the roof, which is accessible from the age of 18 and therefore remains quiet even during the holidays. In the evenings, the same principle applies in the dining rooms, with the ‘Stoba’ and ‘Holz-Stoba’ for families and the ‘Grüne Stoba’ for adults, all served from the same kitchen using ingredients from the valley. No one needs to ask for consideration, because the zones are designed with this in mind. The Stólla Spa provides the family area beneath the water worlds, featuring pools, a sauna and relaxation areas. On the day of arrival, this arrangement comes into effect straight away, as the family spa opens for new arrivals as early as 12 noon, and the afternoon snack is served from 1 pm to satisfy those first pangs of hunger.
