Today, at AMRAI’s Stollá Spa, everyone ages 14 and up can unwind in two saunas, a steam room, ice mist and ice fountains, various relaxation and experience rooms, as well as with beauty and massage treatments. You can also spend the day and forget about everyday life in the cozy, warm indoor and outdoor pools, which are perfect for little ones (children welcome under supervision).

Book the entire Stólla Spa exclusively as a private spa for two magical hours from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.—an experience that is rare and special, and one that will leave a lasting impression. Look forward to absolute silence in the 42-degree warm bath, AMRAI’s copper bath (pool) with indoor and outdoor areas, and four special relaxation spots—from the floating lounger room to the “Bird’s Flight.” In addition, there are two saunas with private infusions, a steam bath, the glacier grotto, and two sensory showers.
Two hours of complete privacy, offering plenty to discover and inviting you to immerse yourself in another world, completely undisturbed.

Schwitz-Stoba 90°
In AMRAI’s Schwitz-Stoba, you can let the stresses of everyday life evaporate and find soothing warmth and plenty of peace. The heat of the Finnish 90° sauna wraps around you like a cozy blanket, while the wooden flowers on the walls glow softly. You sweat, breathe deeply, and find your very own haven of peace amidst the warmth.
Kupfr-Stoba 60°
In AMRAI’s Kupfr-Stoba, everything that glitters is copper. You’ll feel as if you’re sitting in a small mountain grotto, surrounded by copper veins that evoke the old Montafon tunnels. The warmth of the 60° bio sauna relieves tension, makes your muscles as soft as a lamb’s, boosts your immune system, and cleanses your skin down to the pores.
Copper Bath 32°
Deep inside the Stóll, you glide through the Kupfrbad in water heated to 32°, which shimmers in the dim light like a mountain lake at sunset. The copper slats on the walls are reminiscent of natural copper veins and lend the space a special sense of tranquility. You float along, completely relaxed, enjoying this gentle feeling of letting go and lightness.

In the outdoor pool, you can splash around or swim laps. The water glistens and sparkles in a refreshing blue-green hue, like a deep mountain lake. Have you spotted the magnificent flower at the bottom of the pool? After your swim, you can bring your little lambs—if you have any with you—ashore, exhausted but happy.
Warm bath 42°
In the warm bath, you’ll wrap yourself in soothing warmth until your body almost melts with relaxation. Afterward, if you’re in the mood for a little refreshment, you can head over to the ice mist. This interplay of hot and cold brings you into perfect balance and reawakens your senses.
Vogelflug Rest Area
In AMRAI’s “Bird’s Flight,” you soar above it all. Just take a seat in a comfortable recliner and fly with AMRAI—like a golden eagle—over the Montafon forests, streams, and mountain meadows.
Alpsul Steam Room 45°
In the Alpsul steam bath, you’ll feel the moist warmth just as the miners once did in the tunnels. Steam and droplets gently envelop you as you slow down and take deep breaths. If you’d like, you can add mud, salts, or fragrant flowers and treat yourself to a wellness ritual at your own pace.
Montafon Ice Mist
The Montafon Ice Mist welcomes you with a cool, glistening mist that feels like a glacial breeze. Contours blur; you stand in a still, frosty cloud and soak up a fresh burst of energy. To recharge (or for a thrilling rollercoaster of emotions), simply head back to the cozy warm bath afterward.
Montafon Glacier Cave
Inside the Montafon Glacier Grotto, crisp, fresh ice awaits—it’ll invigorate you just like a dip in a mountain lake. The ice fountain invites you to cool your hands or face. A brief moment, an intense sensation—and suddenly you feel more alert, lighter, and almost a little like you’ve been reborn.

In the Kupfergang, a gentle shower of water trickles down from above, as if you were walking through the mist of a Montafon waterfall. The warm light reflects off the copper elements and accompanies you with a soothing glimmer. A quick refreshment break between your sauna sessions.
Dr’ Häßa Schtee
On the Häßa Schtee, you sink into soothing warmth that rises from the hot stone and flows deeply through you. As you feel connected to the lifelines of the mountain giants, AMRAI’s foam maker prepares the gentle copper foam for your massage. You relax, breathe calmly, and let everything fall away.
Dr' Stóllasee
On AMRAI’s preheated water lounger, Stóllasee gently rocks you over small waves. You won’t get wet, but you’ll feel weightless, as if you were floating on a calm mountain pond. Your gaze wanders, your breathing becomes gentle, and you slowly drift into a state of deep, peaceful relaxation.
Floating Lounge Rest Area

Zirba-Stoba Rest Area
At AMRAI’s Zirba-Stoba, too, there’s nothing else to do but completely unwind. A nap—or even a deep sleep—is highly recommended.
