Holzstoba

Do you feel like you’re standing in the forest? No wonder! After all, you’re at AMRAIS Holzstoba. Here, in a truly special atmosphere, you can enjoy Montafon delicacies from AMRAIS Ahna’s cookbook. The walls and ceilings are clad in local spruce wood. Subdued light shimmers through the spruce planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. The floral, artfully carved patterns on the room dividers echo the vine motifs found on traditional AMRAI folk costumes. If you really enjoyed your meal here at AMRAI’s Holzstoba, you can either laugh your head off or sing the chefs’ praises—but please, keep the woodworms out of it.

Grüne Stoba

If you enjoy sitting surrounded by greenery, then you’ve come to the right place—this light-filled restaurant by the floor-to-ceiling windows, completely framed by green plants. It’s almost like being in a greenhouse—only much more beautiful. Surrounded by plant-covered walls, you can savor reimagined delicacies from traditional Montafon cuisine in this green oasis. Seated on comfortable upholstered furniture—either at tables for two or on benches for groups of four—you’ll breathe in the fresh air, soak up the light, and enjoy a sweeping view of the beautiful Litzdamm and the Tschaggunser Mittagspitze. A truly prime spot. Why not pull out your opera glasses and see what AMRAI’s stone sheep are up to on the mountain?

Please note that our Grüne Stoba is exclusively for adults (18 and older) during dinner.

AMRAI Stoba

AMRAI’s kitchen team creates culinary delights using fresh, regional ingredients from the Montafon Valley. The recipes are rooted in traditional Montafon cuisine but are innovatively refined and reinterpreted. You can enjoy these delicacies in the cozy AMRAI Stoba, which has been decorated to match its refreshing ambiance with copper lighting, local spruce wood, and walls in dusty pink or green velvet. Two-person seating areas invite you to enjoy a cozy meal for two, and in the pink seating nook, four people can feast and chat. While there’s no pink panther here, you’ll be treated to a magnificent view of the terrace and the Litzdamm.

Blumenstoba

She loves me, she loves me not… You know what? Let’s be blunt: AMRAI loves you! In her Blumenstoba, she serves you a delicious five-course meal, cooked with lots of love. She has decorated her Blumenstoba with total dedication just for you; a magnificent sea of flowers dangles from the ceiling—no less than 1,000 flower-shaped lanterns hang from long stems, casting our exquisite signature dishes in the best light: Spotlight on Ahnas’ (Grandmas’) reinterpretation of traditional Montafon cuisine!

Litzdamm Terrace

What would AMRAI's hotel be without this fantastic terrace? It feels like you’re on a sun deck, except that instead of the Atlantic Ocean crashing below you, the Litz River gently babbles along, offering a magnificent view of the Montafon mountains. You have a full view of them, just like the Litz embankment, where you can watch the colorful hustle and bustle. In cozy, cushioned seating areas, hotel guests—as well as locals from Schruns and day-trippers—are treated like royalty, whether with AMRAI’s hearty “Schafmützen” breakfast, coffee and cake, or a full evening meal. Or how about a delicious sunset drink, followed by a carefree glide into a balmy summer night?
