KUPFR GRILL is open from 6:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m., taking a break only on Thursdays. And because the spot by the fire is so popular, AMRAI recommends making a reservation well in advance.

Architecture
AMRAI’s KUPFR GRILL serves not only the finest cuisine but also showcases exceptional design. Here, regional tradition meets modern architecture. Local materials such as copper, ash, and spruce, combined with striking black accents, create a space that exudes strength while feeling wonderfully warm. The ceiling, made of 17,000 wooden slats, lends the space depth, character, and a touch of theatrical flair. A modern venue with the soul of the Montafon—so cozy that the enjoyment here isn’t limited to what’s on your plate, but can be felt throughout the entire space.
For this, AMRAI even won the 2026 German Design Award in the categories “Excellent Architecture” and “Interior Architecture – Public.” This internationally renowned design award honors exceptional architecture and sets standards for excellent design.
