AMRAI's Zen Studio
for a perfect balance
If you’re not in the mood for conquering mountain peaks, you can also do yoga at AMRAI—whether outdoors in the fresh air or indoors in the yoga studio. You don’t need any prior experience—just join in. We offer different variations of each exercise so that both beginners and advanced practitioners can get started right away. All you need to bring is comfortable clothing and warm socks, and then you’re all set. Mindfulness, conscious breathing, and the guided experience of movement will now be at the center of what you do. Just watch closely what the yoga instructor is doing and then follow along. Here, you’ll want to follow the crowd.
Yoga
Throughout the week, AMRAI invites its guests to gently bring their bodies and minds into balance during its included yoga classes. Sometimes the breath flows through gentle stretches, other times through powerful sequences—always varied and suitable for every level. And for those who prefer to focus entirely on their own inner center, private one-on-one sessions are available. Whether indoors in the light-filled yoga studio or outdoors on a mountain meadow with fresh air, every session becomes a small ritual. Immerse yourself, let go, and enjoy the silence of the Montafon with all your senses—that’s what yoga at AMRAI feels like.
Retreats
Still not enough? Then let AMRAI’s yoga retreats recharge you. Here, the practice goes deeper, the sessions become more intense, and can last up to six hours a day. Whether indoors in the light-filled yoga studio or outdoors on the fresh-air meadow, mindful movements, conscious breaths, and moments of stillness gently guide you back to yourself. The retreats vary in style and are led by a constantly changing group of inspiring yogis. Nestled in the Montafon mountain landscape and AMRAI’s cozy tranquility, you’ll experience a retreat that embraces your body, mind, and soul.
Montafon Adventure World
Surrounding AMRAI’s house is a Montafon retreat for body and mind that invites everyone to get moving—gently or vigorously, depending on their mood. After a yoga session on the open-air meadow or in the light-filled room, gentle walks along the Litz Promenade, quiet forest trails, or leisurely high-altitude paths invite you to stretch, breathe, and consciously take in your surroundings in peace. Meditative bike rides or easy hikes also lead to hidden vantage points where you can pause and experience the mountain world in silence. Every day offers new opportunities to connect body and mind and to enjoy Montafon’s nature as a source of strength and serenity.
Nothing helps us advance better on our path than a rest.
