There has recently been a surge in cyberattacks on the Internet. Third-party providers through which stays at AMRAI were booked have also been affected. As a result, guests’ contact information and booking details have fallen into the wrong hands and may be used to demand unauthorized payments or additional information about the affected individuals in AMRAI’s name.

Please do not comply with these demands, do not click on any suspicious links, and do not enter your credit card information or other personal details anywhere. AMRAI will never ask you to take such actions via WhatsApp, email, or phone. Any requests of this nature made in our name are attempts at fraud that may appear trustworthy and deceptively genuine (known as spoofing or phishing; see the Federal Office for Information Security).
