A typical day on holiday with children: from the Kupfrbad to afternoon tea
Children’s days need lovable regular features, and that’s exactly what the hotel provides. In the mornings, the Kupfrbad is open from 8 am – an indoor pool with no age restrictions, whose warm lighting and copper details create a welcoming atmosphere even on overcast days. In the morning, you can choose between the BergePLUS programme – with guided activities for families and children that change daily, free of charge for hotel guests – or you can take a stroll of your own along the Litz Promenade towards the town centre. At 1 pm, the afternoon snack begins, satisfying your afternoon hunger before you head back into the water or onto the terrace of the Suite. Young people aged 14 and over may also use the sauna area of the Stöll Spa when accompanied by an adult, whilst the Maisäder Spa on the roof is reserved for adults. The evening meal as part of the three-quarter board package starts at 6.30 pm, which suits children’s early bedtimes. At night, the layout determines how well everyone gets a good night’s sleep. Family Suites ranging from 74 to 106 square metres separate parents and children across two or more bedrooms and just as many bathrooms, so that early risers and late bedtime stories do not disturb one another. Smaller families stay in 70-square-metre suites, where the sofa bed in the living room accommodates the children and the door to the parents’ bedroom remains closed. For the youngest guests, the hotel provides a travel cot free of charge, and children up to and including the age of four stay free of charge in their parents’ bed. The ground-level terraces with gardens extend the living space outdoors, within sight of the adults. If you do not wish to bring the pushchair into the suite, you can use the luggage room on the ground floor.
