Services for the family suites: from travel cots to ski lockers
A range of services is available around the suite to take the pressure off families. Children up to and including the age of four stay free of charge in their parents’ bed; a travel cot is provided free of charge in the suite, whilst pushchairs and sledge can be stored in the luggage room. Each room is allocated a locker in one of the two heated ski rooms, where boots and equipment can dry and be pre-warmed overnight. The three-quarter board package includes breakfast until 11.00, an afternoon snack from 1 pm and dinner from 6.30 pm; packed lunches for day trips must be ordered the day before. If arriving by train, the shuttle picks up the family at Schruns station, whilst the car is parked free of charge in the underground car park – at one of the seven electric charging points, if required. Seasonal family packages, such as those including an adventure ticket for the Golm, combine these building blocks into bookable packages; they are regularly listed among the offers available at the hotel.
